You acknowledge that you are purchasing a Deinki Studio product or course from the creator and delivered by Lucia Sanguinetti-Jonescheit.

You acknowledge that all of the digital products that are available for sale on our site are owned or controlled by our licensors, or us. Upon payment of the price for any of these digital products, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You agree that you shall not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, commercially exploit, broadcast, modify, adapt, edit, sub-license, rent, share, lend, or transfer any digital products that you purchase through this site, or any of the contents delivered via Instagram Live, Facebook, YouTube, Zoom or within our private communities.

You acknowledge that Deinki Studio reserves the right to replace any advertised content with alternative content of an equivalent value without notice.

You acknowledge that Deinki Studio reserves the right to replace any advertised lead teacher/Artist or co-teacher/Artist with another suitable lead teacher/Artist or co-teacher/Artist chosen at Deinki Studio’s sole discretion without notice. This includes replacing Lucia Sanguinetti-Jonescheit for any particular workshop, session, event or course should they be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness.

You acknowledge that all sales are final and no refunds will be given before, during or after classes, products or workshops.

You acknowledge that, if paying in installments, no part-payments will be refunded should you cancel your place before class begins.

You acknowledge that there is no feedback from Deinki Studio offered in any product, workshop or course which is not live.

 We have students from all over the world and all payments are made via PayPal and Stripe. All courses are priced in Euro (€). Any approximate € equivalents in any other currency given are for reference only. When paying by Stripe & PayPal, you will be charged in your local currency at the prevailing Stripe & PayPal exchange rate.

You acknowledge that we reserve the right to update and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

Live Zoom Calls: Deinki Studio may conduct office hours/live Question and Answer sessions as part of the Course, however, no live calls are guaranteed. Deinki Studio may schedule calls that will depend on your timely participation in the calls. You should show basic etiquette for other participants and for Company’s time and should not interrupt or monopolize the conversation. You should not share any confidential information learned from the call, including information learned from Company or from other participants. Please be respectful and courteous to make the best use of this Course feature.

Bonuses: Company may offer bonuses to individuals who sign up for the Course. You shall be entitled to any bonuses offered at the time of your enrollment. Bonuses are not guaranteed to be available for the entire lifespan of the Course, product or workshop and they vary depending on specific live and automated promotions throughout the year.
